About Me

I obtained my Bachelors degree in Psychology, and trained as a Psychotherapist at Regent's University. I currently provide both individual and group sessions across various settings, including private practice, mental health hospitals and forensic units. Although I use psychodynamic theories to formulate my approach, I take on much more of a philosophical stance in the therapy room. I invite my clients into a collaborative exploration, with an open mind and attitude of wonder.

I do not tell individuals what to do, or impose my own ideas of what I believe to be best for that person. Instead, I challenge clients to recognise what is important to them, and empower them to make choices and decisions based on what they believe to be best for them.

I am BACP accredited and follow professional guidelines of confidentiality. Boundaries are an important part of my work, as they help to contain clients and the work we have processed.
